2). Open the automatic grocery list, tick off any items you already have, add any extra items you may need, print your grocery list, and shop. Quick and easy menu planning, plus one-stop shopping will save you many hours every week, plus shopping with an organized plan in hand will save you money.
3). Set aside 2-3 hours once a week to cook (singles and couples will be able to cook less often, and still have dinner from fridge to table in minutes nightly). Be sure to read through all of your recipes before you start, set up your cooling station, then start preparing meals. With practice, your cook dates will fly by faster. In fact, you might find you enjoy cooking more, when you have to do it much less often.
4). Package and cool your prepared meals quickly and safely to room temperature.
5). Then cover, label and store safely. Keep your first few days worth of dinners in the fridge, and freeze the rest.
6). Defrost meals in the fridge overnight, then heat to eat your food using the instructions (again, automatically generated for you), for optimal flavor retention of your fabulous meals. Here is an example …
7). Enjoy healthy dinners ready in as little as five minutes on busy nights, plus no dirty pots and pans to clean! That is faster (and more convenient) than that fast food fix. It’s also a much healthier way to eat, so you’ll feel great satisfaction as well as reap the benefits.
